Sharpening my knives with my Custom Jig

Thought I'd share my method of sharpening my knives with you. I made this jig as a prototype many years ago with the intention of making a proper version from metal. But since the prototype works fine I've never bothered making a final version. Maybe if others are interested in building their own? I'll make a 'How-To' video with drawing & dimensions.
